By creating an account, accessing, or using Mopus ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms govern your use of the Platform, including team management, campaign scheduling, and AI agent deployment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your login information and any third-party API keys (e.g., Twilio, OpenAI) you store on the Platform. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and within your teams.
Mopus provides the infrastructure to connect your AI providers (like OpenAI, Grok, Gemini, Claude) with your telephony providers (Twilio). We do not control the content generated by your AI agents. The behavior, tone, and responses of your agents are determined entirely by:
We do not inject hidden prompts to alter the intent of your agents. Therefore, you are solely liable for any "spam," offensive, incorrect, or hallucinations generated by your agents. You must ensure your prompts are designed to prevent the generation of harmful or illegal content.

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Access to Mopus is provided on a flat monthly subscription basis, billed via Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Subscription fees are for the use of the Mopus platform only and do not include charges from your third-party providers (e.g., Twilio usage costs, OpenAI API usage costs), which are billed directly by those providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mopus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
