  • Third-Party Credentials: To facilitate integration with external services, you may provide us with credentials such as your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token, as well as API keys for AI providers like OpenAI, XAI, Gemini, or Claude.
  • Platform Usage Data: We store data related to your usage of the platform, including phone numbers imported from Twilio, contact lists, campaigns, conversation history, and AI agent configurations (prompts, node connections, and attached functions).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Service Provision: To enable the creating of teams, scheduling of campaigns, and management of conversations.
  • Integration Execution: We use your provided credentials (e.g., Twilio SID, AI API keys) solely to authenticate and execute actions on your behalf with those providers. For example, sending messages via your Twilio account or generating responses via your AI provider.
  • Billing: To process subscription payments via our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve the functionality and user experience of Mopus.

4. Data Handling and Third-Party Providers

Our platform operates by integrating with third-party services that you subscribe to directly.

Telephony Providers (Twilio)

When you connect your Twilio account, phone numbers and messaging traffic are managed through your own Twilio subscription. We use your credentials to facilitate these actions on our interface. Twilio processes this data according to their own privacy policies.

AI Providers

When you configure AI agents with your API keys (e.g., OpenAI, XAI, Gemini, Claude), the content of conversations is sent to these providers to generate responses. We do not control how these third parties process data once it is sent to them via their APIs.

5. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously.

  • Encryption: Sensitive data such as conversations, contacts, and agent configurations are stored in our database with encryption protocols to prevent unauthorized access.
  • No Data Selling: We do not sell your personal data, contact lists, or conversation logs to third parties.

6. Payment Processing

We offer a subscription-based service with a flat monthly fee. Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details or payment information on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data held by Mopus. You can manage your account settings, team members, and integrated credentials directly within the platform. If you wish to delete your account completely, please contact our support team.
